Dell Technologies (2022-2026)

Cross Product Lead & Technical Program Manager for Digital Product Design

Led design operations and enterprise sales modernization initiatives across Dell.com. Managed global design organizations, drove AI-powered sales workflows, and transformed delivery models to improve scalability, operational efficiency, and self-service digital commerce.

CI&T (2022)

UX/UI Design Manager

Led the creation and validation of new digital healthcare products, structuring cross-functional squads and defining product strategy, UX frameworks, and service journeys to improve patient engagement and operational efficiency.

Samsung (2020-2021)

UX Designer Lead and Project Coordinator

Coordinated UX initiatives for Samsung Pay, including strategic banking integrations with partners such as Santander Brasil, shaping seamless end-to-end mobile financial experiences, from PIX payments and digital onboarding to credit services. Led cross-functional innovation programs for Samsung Health and Galaxy Watch, and directed the Creative Startup initiative to foster experimentation and accelerate early-stage digital ventures.

IBM (2010-2020)

UX Design Lead and others

Led strategic design for IBM’s Cognitive Enterprise Data Platform (CEDP), standardizing user experiences across a complex data ecosystem and driving its integration with IBM Cloud Pak for Data to deliver scalable, enterprise-ready solutions. Built the UX team in Brazil from scratch, hiring and developing talent while embedding and teaching Enterprise Design Thinking practices across cross-functional teams.
